Heather – President
IGS was formed in 2013 as a response to Heather’s 5,487th temper tantrum about losing out on an opportunity (when she knew she was the right woman for the job) to another company simply because of their certification. Prior to forming IGS, Heather served as Enterprise Development Officer for Recovery & Distribution Services, LLC (RDS) for 4 years. At RDS, Heather was responsible for the execution of long and short term strategic plans. RDS saw the opportunity too and chose to join IGS as a minority investor. Heather’s experience prior to RDS was serving as Vice President of a multi-million dollar manufacturing company for over 10 years.
